On behalf of the organizing committee,it is our pleasure to invite you to join the 7th International Conference on e-Learning and e-Teaching (ICeLeT 2019) which will be held in K.N.Toosi University of  Technology with cooperation of  the Iranian Association of e-Learning (YADA). This conference attempts to provide a forum to present latest researches and technological advances in the field of e-Learning with cooperation of all universities,research centers,scholars,and practitioners. The conference includes all relevant aspects of “e-Learning” in various scopes of “Engineering and Technology” and “Pedagogy and Education”. We welcome all original research papers which consist of recent findings in the variety of dimensions on e-Learning.

   Iranian Association of e-Learning (YADA) is a scientific,non-governmental,non-profit and non-political institution which is active in the field of technological and educational research and practice on e-Learning. The Community Center is located in Tehran. Main goals of this community are playing the role of mediator for the development of e-learning in society and promoting research and innovation in the fields related to e-learning. 

  Khajeh Nassir-Al-Deen Toosi (K. N. Toosi) University of Technology is a public,higher educational institution in Tehran,Iran. The university was founded in 1928 and was named the “Institute of communication”. This institute was merged with eight other institutes in 1979 to form a university complex known as K. N. Toosi University of technology. There are currently eleven faculties within the university which are located in five different campuses spread across Tehran. With more than 300 full-time faculty members and 7200 students,K. N. Toosi is ranked one of the highest in terms of instructors to student ratios in Iran. Moreover,the university is known for its excellent track record of research activities and industrial projects.

   The ICeLeT 2019 will be held on 20 and 21,February2019,with several keynote and invited speeches,paper presentations,exhibitions,etc. There will be Top Idea Competition for young scientists,and Industrial presentations for covering every aspects of E-learning.
